King's Fest 2024 We're looking forward to seeing College of Science & Engineering (CSE) students and staff at King's Fest! Last day to book is Monday 20th May. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking to enable those on Friday's waiting list to use your space. Tickets are limited to CSE students and staff. If you are registered at CMVM or CAHSS on a joint degree which includes courses at one of the CSE schools, please get in touch with nucleus.bookings@ed.ac.uk to book a space. Programme Event timings: Friday - 4pm - 10pm. Please collect your wristband from the Nucleus reception before 6.30 pm. Saturday - 1pm - 8 pm. Please collect your wristband from the Nucleus reception before 3.30 pm. Outside the Nucleus: Unlimited Ice cream from the van (4pm - 8pm Friday; 1pm - 5pm Saturday - or until supplies run out) Burger or hot dog. (First item free, extras at cost) Inflatable obstacle course Giant lawn games (snakes and ladders; Connect 4; Jenga; Penalty shoot-out; Cornhole; Draughts) Table tennis Inside the Mayfield (access through Nucleus link) Bar open from 4pm Friday Bar open from 2pm Saturday Live music on Friday at 7pm, DJ from 8pm. DJ playing your favourite tracks from 5pm Saturday Drinks at cost in the Mayfield Bar. Water will be available from the taps in the Nucleus. The festivities will run between 4-10pm on Friday 24 May and from 1-8pm on Saturday 25 May outside the Nucleus Building. The bar at KB House will also be open, with music on offer.
