Honorary Appointment Nomination & Award Process

Each year the College HR Operations team provide Schools with a list of individuals who are current holders of an honorary position.

Heads of School can submit nominations for new appointments and requests to renew existing status at any time. The completed nomination form, CV and publications list (CV and Publications not required for renewals or Honorary Fellows) should be saved in the appropriate Schools HR shared folder.

Nominations received by 1st of the month will be reviewed at that months CSMC meeting (Honorary Professor and Visiting Professor) or by the College HR Partners (Honorary Fellow, Honorary Lecturer, and Honorary Professorial Fellows). Once approved HR Operations will provide the School with a confirmation letter to send to the appointee.
